With the snowfall being of that magnitude, the area also becomes a ski fanatics dream as there are 14 different slopes to choose from in Iso-Syöte Ski Resort. Iso-Syöte is located 750 kilometres away from Helsinki, and 140 kilometres away from one of Northern Finland’s biggest cities, Oulu.

The suite is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace and comfy sofas and armchairs – the perfect setting to snuggle up and admire the view with a cup of hot chocolate. As if that is not enough, there is also a luxurious bathroom with its own sauna to warm up after days of skiing. In the middle of the living room, a sturdy tree grows all the way up to the second floor, and its branches hold the “eagle’s nest”, where the bed rests. The view from the bed or even the jacuzzi is breathtaking!

The Eagle View Suite’s glass facade and roof guarantee a spectacular panoramic view, which gives guests a feeling of immediate connection with the surrounding nature. On summer nights, the sun never sets, giving the surrounding forests a magical touch, whereas in autumn and winter, with a bit of luck, you will spot the Northern Lights dancing in the starlit sky.
